Your TASKS

  • Customer relationship management to selected key account customers and network maintenance
  • Proactive customer acquisition / – development according to individual requirements
  • Active support for our existing customers in technical operations management
  • Individual major customer support for trade, industries and utilities
  • Close cooperation and regular interaction with internal stakeholders
  • Market research and observation in line with area sales manager
  • Creation of customer satisfaction analysis
  • Development of sales strategies and processes and their implementation
  • Recording of customer requirements concerning product requirements and services
  • Responsibility for key account-related turnover
  • Presentation of new products and services
  • Planning of various marketing measures and events in joint cooperation with marketing and line manager
  • Regular analysis of sales potential towards assigned key accounts
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain

Your PROFILE

  • Completed technical or commercial training, ideally a degree in business administration or a technical course
  • Sales experience, ideally in the energy industry
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for premium products and large projects
  • High level of self-motivation, result orientation, good self and time management
  • Ability to implement feedback and to work collectively with the team
  • Confident appearance with customers and in internal communication
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or energy systems would be an advantage
